Empowering M3 Users with Everyday AI: Highlights from IMUN 2025
Last week, Atturra sponsored IMUN 2025, joining many of the industry professionals across the Infor M3 and CloudSuite community at QT Gold Coast for two days of real-world insights, innovation showcases, and peer learning.
As part of the agenda, Atturra’s Jason Levick and Russel Kropp took the stage to explore a topic on everyone’s minds: how AI is reshaping the day-to-day experience of ERP users – not just in theory, but in practice. Their session, “Empowering M3 Users with Everyday AI”, took a pragmatic look at how artificial intelligence can reduce complexity, save time, and drive better outcomes across supply chain, procurement, and operations.
And most notably, they didn’t just talk about AI – they showed it in action.

Real AI, Real Use Cases: Live from the IMUN Stage
Rather than focusing on future forecasts or vendor roadmaps, Jason and Russel framed the conversation around the everyday M3 user – the buyer, the warehouse coordinator, the operations lead – who needs faster, simpler ways to interact with their ERP system.
To bring this vision to life, they delivered a live demonstration of Atturra’s Signal AI product: a secure, conversational interface designed to streamline common ERP tasks using natural language, voice, and real-time data integration.
The audience saw three practical examples:
- Chat-based purchase requisitions
An end user typed a natural-language request into ChatGPT (“Order 100 units of part 4728 from supplier X for site Y”), and Signal translated it into an M3-ready requisition in seconds. - Voice-initiated orders via phone
Using voice response and recording, AI driven translation, and call the ERP for the order, the team placed an order via a phone call—bypassing the need to access a terminal or navigate the system. - Live shipment tracking and ETA requests
Both both inbound and outbound shipment tracking, a scheduled review of vessel arrival dates enable direct updates of changes into the ERP, notifying the stakeholders of the changes and the natural supply chain updates in M3.
These demonstrations showed how Signal can eliminate friction from everyday processes, allowing teams to complete tasks faster and with less reliance on deep system knowledge or manual entry.
Why Signal AI?
Developed by Atturra’s Infor M3 team, Signal AI is designed to help businesses:
- Accelerate common workflows
- Reduce training requirements and system dependency
- Improve user experience and productivity
- Integrate voice and language interfaces with M3 securely
Unlike generic AI tools, Signal is tailored specifically for Infor M3 environments, ensuring alignment with the platform’s data structures, permissions, and business logic. It integrates seamlessly with your existing M3 configuration and can be extended to suit your business processes.
Whether you’re running complex logistics operations or high-volume procurement, Signal AI allows you to act faster – with confidence.

Other Client Success Stories on Stage
Outside of Atturra’s session, two client presentations at IMUN also highlighted Atturra’s impact:
- HamiltonJet showcased how they use MobileAction, a mobile tool developed by Atturra, to extend M3 access to their field and support teams – improving flexibility and efficiency in warehouse and production operations.
- Hakka shared their journey to the cloud with Infor M3, with Atturra playing a key role in supporting the transition and implementation.
Both sessions echoed a common theme: the right partner makes transformation smoother and more sustainable.
